We offer a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast from 6:00am to 10:00am daily in the lobby area.

The business center is conveniently located on the main level by the elevator with complimentary internet access and other computer related business services. Our services are available to all hotel guests.

Check-In

Check-in time starts at 3:00pm. NOTE: Guests must present valid ID and credit card at check-in.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 11:00am. If you find it necessary to arrange for a late check-out please notify the front desk. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Children

17 and younger stay free in the room with parent(s).

Coffee Service

Coffee Service is available in the breakfast area 24 hours a day.

Cribs

Cribs are available as a complimentary special request item through the front desk. The number of available cribs is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Call the front desk, by dialing 0 on your room phone, to have one delivered.

In the event of an emergency, medical or otherwise, please contact the front desk, by dialing 0 on your room phone, or 911 for immediate attention.

Fax Machine

Facsimile (FAX) service is available at the front desk 24 hours. The hotel fax number is 304-599-2736.

Fire Emergency

The hotel is fully equipped with modern fire prevention devices. For your additional safety, please familiarize yourself with the fire alarm locations, exit routes and the fire safety guides. This information is posted on the back of each guest room door.

All rooms are equipped with complimentary wired or wireless high speed internet. No Password Required.

Key Card

Should you lose your key card please notify the front desk immediately so that your lock may be re-coded. Please return your key card to the front desk upon check-out.

Laundry Service

For your convenience, we have coin operated laundry on the first floor near the elevator.

Lost and Found

For articles lost or found, please contact the front desk, by dialing 0 on your room phone.

Lounge

Relax and enjoy your favorite beverages in the lobby lounge from 5:30pm to 11:00pm (based on patronage), Tuesday through Saturday.

Mail and Messages

Mail and messages received at the hotel may be collected by either dialing 0 on your room phone or stopping by the front desk. To retrieve messages in your room, dial #7 and then follow the voice prompts.

Newspapers

Complimentary newspapers are available in the lobby.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for all registered hotel guests. The hotel is not responsible for items left in vehicles on the hotel property.

Pet Policy

For the convenience of other guests and in an effort to help us provide the cleanest and most sanitary accommodations available, pets are not permitted. The front desk will be glad to help you make other arrangements for your pet.

Shuttle Service

Complimentary hotel shuttle service runs within a five mile radius of the hotel which includes local hospitals and the Morgantown airport. Shuttle service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm on a first come, first serve basis. This service may be suspended due to inclement weather.

Snacks, Drinks and Forgettable Items

The purchase snacks, drinks and forgettable items (toiletries, charging cable etc.) visit our new Marketplace in the lobby.

C.O.M.E.R Museum

Easton Roller Mill

Monongalia Arts Center

Old Stone House

Built in 1795. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The oldest stone house in Monongalia County. Formerly a tavern, pottery, tannery, tailor shop and dwelling house. Presently houses gifts and crafts. Group teas by appointment. Chestnut Street. (304) 296-7825

Rails to Trails

Former railroad lines, converted to trails, offer a tremendous opportunity for recreation. These trails are generally flat in nature and vary from paved surfaces to crushed limestone. Please visit the Front Desk for further trail information.

Seneca Center

Built in 1898, this glass factory is listed on the National Historical Registry. It has been converted into a mall of unique specialty shops. Murals and old tools are displayed throughout. The red water tower is a landmark, and the 100 foot glass furnace chimney is still standing.
